Photographer Jack Hunt blurs lines between painting and photography

Photographer Jack Hunt shows his work at the Foothills Studio and Gallery in Roscoe Village. He's also the president of the Coshocton Art Guild.

COSHOCTON – At times it takes a while until finally the gentle shines on a job. It did for Jack Hunt.

“I feel I normally required to be an artist,” he reported. 

Properly, these days you can obtain Hunt and his perform at Foothills Studio & Gallery in Roscoe Village. He’s also president of the Coshocton Artwork Guild.

“His matter matter,” in accordance to the Foothills Studio internet site, “is largely old farms and rural landscapes located in a 60-mile radius of Coshocton, Ohio. Some individuals call him ‘the barn dude.’”

Now 70, Hunt grew up in Coshocton and Akron. He went to high college in Akron. 

“I usually liked art. I believe it was the thing I appreciated most in faculty,” he explained. “But healthcare issues forced my early retirement. I acquired my GED and took the electronic media design study course at COTC with the intent to develop internet sites.”
