Ashley Colors Perez is a Trainer, Dancer, and Choreographer. She is the Co-Inventive Director of Combine Combine Dance Collective. Combine Combine has showcased work at Fall For Dance North (2017), Contemporaneity 3.0 (2019) and represented Canada on the Jeux de la Francophonie (2017) in Abidjan. Ashley’s expertise was awarded the 2018 Dora Mavor Moore Award for Excellent Efficiency, Ensemble within the Dance Division for Ground’d, offered by Holla Jazz in 2018. With coaching in funk types and hip-hop, she later specialised in voguing, waacking and home. Ashley continues to show avenue dances together with her group courses, Class with Colors.
The Magic of Meeting runs February 2 – 4 and 9 – 11 on the Winchester Avenue Theatre. Performances are at 7:30pm, excluding the February 11 efficiency which might be at 3:00pm.
