UNCSA to host Festival of North Carolina Dance Feb. 25-27

The University of Dance at UNCSA will the moment once again host the Pageant of North Carolina Dance on its Winston-Salem campus for 2022. Additional than 450 students from 31 educational facilities, studios

The competition, which opens right now and runs to Sunday, Feb. 27, will involve three days
of courses for learners and professional improvement workshops for teachers and directors.
Participants will also have the possibility to show up at the UNCSA Wintertime Dance functionality, which operates Feb. 24-27 at the Stevens Heart, and to audition for the
UNCSA Summer Dance intensive.

Dance alumnus Robert Gosnell will be returning as pageant co-director.
University student lessons at the pageant will include things like ballet and present-day approach, pointe
and pre-pointe, artistic motion, jazz, musical theater, and character dance. The
